Project E.G.R.E.S.S. (Executing Greatness to Refocus and Ensure all Students Succeed)

The “Project EGRESS Program” is a 12-week program designed to open high risk participants’ minds to the opportunities and resources available to help them succeed; while teaching accountability to help serve and preserve their communities, by teaching Character Development and Life Skills. The participants “have to feel, we want them involved.” We want the youth and young adults to meet with parents, educators, community leaders, and politicians to dialogue in a respectful manner to express themselves and ask questions about their concerns, which will boost their self-esteem, trust, and remove any animosities or opinions formed from what they’ve been taught.

Project R.O.O.T.S. (Reoffering Offenders Opportunities to Transition into Society)

A 12 week program designed to help incarcerated adult males and females focus on getting reestablished in society as free men. The workshop, facilitated as an open-forum, allows participants to examine themselves, their past, present and future, in an effort to deprogram their gang and/or violent affiliations and mentality. With discussion topics, worksheets and life coaching opportunities that deal with the root causes of their criminal behavior, participants will be able to accept responsibility, maintain accountability, and do the work necessary to transform the thought processes that lead to criminal activity.
